For sale Vintage NOS FOXONALL Stratos 700x20 tires Clement tires, at the time they dropped from view, were being made at a factory in Thailand. When Pirelli bought Clement, the Foxonall people kept the factory and all the tooling and designs. So, if you want Clement tires like they usetabemade, Foxonall is a better bet
